Refunds

How do I return items from my order?

  1.  You may only return items using our original package.

  2.  Place the items that you would like to return into the package.

  3.  Enter the number of items to be returned in the return form.

  4.  Select one of the return reasons listed and write down the correct number on the return form.

  5.  Place the completed return form into the return package.

  6.  Send the package using a parcel service of your choice to the following address: Lymeria d.o.o., Nova Cesta 8, 10434 Strmec, Croatia

  7.  You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your return.

  8.  The refund will be issued in the method of payment that you used during your original order 14 working days after we receive your return at the latest.

Please note: *Due to hygiene concerns, all used cosmetic items cannot be returned. Only products with defect or damage can be returned but must be unused.

  • Lymeria does not refund any shipping costs for your return. 
  • There is a 14-day right of cancellation. * Please return items and sets completely and in their original packaging. 
  • For an exchange or new delivery (e.g. of the same item in a different color), please place a new order.
  • For partial returns, the corresponding partial sum will be refunded. The original shipping costs are only refunded for full returns.
